Called into the shop in Herne Bay looking to replace a couple of pressure washer O ring seals, after chasing all over town with no luck !
Jamie the duty manager was really helpful and found the right size, from a large selection, to allow me to finish my patio Spring cleaning without getting soaked from leaking water. Would highly recommend this Hire Shop

I'm giving it 1 star because the boss is such a nice guy, always helpful and loves a chat ,I have used this company since moving to Herne bay, unfortunately I won't be using it any more.the plant is knackered,abused and sent out regardless, waiving the hire charge is not the remedy !! I've been put back a day and unable to use my van all weekend because I had the faulty stump grinder.have me sum new .teeth to fit my self, basically we done a mini service took
Total man hours lost 8;and a day for myself.sorry chaps .not good enough

Far less helpful that you would expect. Purchased a small tool, bit have decided to take my plant hire requirements elsewhere as a result.

It's shame that so many more businesses can't be bothered to show some customer service these days.

Brilliant. Delivered nice and early with demonstration so that I could spend the day getting ready for winter and stocking up for the log burner. Delivery and pickup put another third on the overall price. Other than that, great.
