The miserable guy who runs this shop needs to learn a bit about customer service. My partner popped in whilst I was visiting a client and couldn't believe how grumpy he was. So I thought I'd pop in to see. It was depressing. Why run a shop if you clearly don't enjoy it?

All I wanted was some woodchips for my giant hamster.

Always pop in for my pooches terrier meal.. Value for money.. And a quick word with the two resident parrots.... What you don't see in there Tim can order for you.. A great independent pet shop.. ♥And still worth a visit... Although jasper's chasing rainbows these days x
