Just popped in to fix a mechanical on a new Cervelo not purchased with them but they were super helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about the brand.

Stopped by the shop during a ride for an issue with my gears - team at Henley Cycles were super helpful. They took the bike into the workshop straight away, fixed the problem perfectly and handed the bike back in less than 30 mins… just the time needed for a restorative coffee. And on top, they did that free of charge for me. Top guys!

I wanted to upgrade my road bike, and didnt have a great deal of knowledge. Whilst in Henley I popped into the shop. Really friendly & helpful advice on the range of Cervelo bikes. Ordered the bike and picked up a couple weeks later.

I had just completed the first day of a three-day bike packing trip stopping overnight in Henley. Not long after arriving my rear mech cable went and I thought the trip would have to be aborted and I'd be returning home by train. However, having discovered the existence of Henley Cycles via a Google search I gave them a call first thing the following morning and arranged to take the bike in almost immediately.
Arriving at their smart shop, Gary was very helpful and friendly and took the bike straight into the workshop. I went for a wander along the river and stopped for a coffee (not a bad way to pass the time) and shortly after Gary called to say the bike was fixed. The mechanic took the time to come out from the workshop to explain what had caused the cable issue and also the steps he had taken to avoid a reoccurrence.
Shortly after I was back on the road and able to continue my trip through The Chilterns and onto the Ridgway.

I’d been getting lots of punctures, at least one a week, sometimes both at same time. Always the same place where the valve met the tube. Had previously taken it to another bike shop and both times tried different rim tape. Picked it up after second time, went riding, double blow out.
Henley Cycles had been recommended to me so took the wheels along. First thing was that Jason cared, he said ‘You must be losing the will to live, we’ll get this sorted’. Second thing; met Dom and they both know their stuff, spotted the issue, applied a fix and things are looking good after a couple of rides. Felt there was a great level of technical knowledge and skills as well as customer service. Cheers guys, thanks for getting me back on the trails!

Recently (March 20) had the bike serviced and added tubeless. Great service again and attention to detail, bike is running very smoothly and very, very happy with tubeless.
After care has also been superb! Thanks a lot again guys!

I arrived in Henley for a weeks cycling without my tool kit…. comprising levers, tubes and pump. I looked into this shop and explained my predicament. I had an amazing friendly response. They loaned me all I needed so as to carry on riding with back up if I punctured. I’ll return all unused goods on Saturday and paying for any tubes I’ve had to use. Great respect to this service.
