I started using HB this year and am so happy with the product range and service. Quick next day deliveries and when there is an issue out of their control, they keep me informed before I even have the chance to question it. I cannot fault this company. The only thing I would mention is, if you have a big order, they split the deliveries so I tend to get 2 deliveries in 1 day for 1 order. Also, would you consider adding flour or coconut sugar to your product range?

I do not recommend it very much. I paid for delivery, which was almost half of the cost of the ingredients. I chose this store because it was written there that delivery would be the next day. today is the third day and no one has brought anything!!! I am a pastry chef!!! I had orders and I was counting on this store!!! I called and asked where my delivery was, they told me that they would call back now and tell me. no one called me back!!!! a whole day passed, I waited. I'm being ignored now. I lost not only money, but also my job!

Twice now in 2 months that our order have taken 2 weeks to arrive.
Poor communication and we have to chase to find the whereabouts of our order. Having been a customer for 16 years the service has gone downhill rapidly this year.

Quality products, great customer service. Prompt delivery and never damaged goods (Not a single broken chocolate truffle shell). Once I ordered chocolate in the middle of a heatwave, I was called by HB ingredients to change delivery date for a cooler day to protect the ingredients, I mean who does that! Very happy they exist, very much recommended. Thank you guys 🙂
