I have used Heights Farm Pet Foods for a while now with my older dogs and the food and service has been 100%. So I recently got a new puppy who had lots of tummy issues and eating problems and I honestly cannot praise Carol enough for her help and patience with helping me through the last 4 weeks, she has been truly amazing. Always on the end of the phone with help and advice and just generally being caring with courtesy calls to ensure all is going okay with little Oskar. You don’t get that from the pet stores and she delivers to your home at no extra cost. Absolutely 100% for the food and the service ?

Our cockapoo loves heights farm pet products. There are plenty of choices in flavours and are hypo allergenic. There are also many choices of treats and lovely Christmas stockings full of a choice of goodies. Ordering is easy by phone or online and prompt delivery within a couple of days. We would highly recommend them

I started my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs on Heights Farm food a couple of months ago. My eldest has elbow dysplasia and has been on joint care most of his life, but since being on this food he hasn't needed them. Being a giant breed this has saved me a fortune. And he seems to be doing much better, more playful and more energy. Both they're coats are are healthy and shiny, even though its over a year since they were properly groomed. Highly recommended.

I’ve been buying the Premium Cat biscuits for some time for my very fussy 15 yr old cat and she loves them. She has allergies so theses have been much healthier choice for her and her coat is soft and shiny. Carole delivers straight to my door. 5 star customer service & 5 star product, I would highly recommend to anybody.
Also for anybody looking to attract Hedgehogs to their garden these will do the trick. I now have 3 that come every evening for their biscuits!

Without a doubt the best food for fur babies around. My boy suffers with allergies that made him lick and chew his feet non stop, resulting in his feet being raw. My local dog groomer recommended Heights Farm Pet Foods. So so glad I took his advice, now I have a happy boy with feet full of fur again!

Carole has great knowledge of the products, and is clearly passionate about animal welfare, plus you're supporting local innovative business - what better combination?
Cat Food is excellent quality, with high meat content and all vital nutrients required. 5 year old fussy eater took to it immediately.
Dog food sample (lamb) was demolished in seconds by our 4 year old boxer. Have since ordered the 15kg, but unopened as yet.
With free home delivery, and orders placed when you want them rather than a set frequency there is nothing not to like.
Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Carole and her food came in to our lives a few months ago following a recommendation by a friend. Iv tried three flavours now and all have been a hit with both dogs. Carole is very helpful and knowledgeable and drops the food to our home, the last one being at short notice as one/both dogs had been secretly snacking on the food without me knowing. Highly recommend Heights Farm Pet Food, our lurcher dog Sox loves it!!
