Our 30 privet hedging bare rooted (90 - 120 cm) plants were delivered in excellent condition. I was most impressed with the vigorous looking roots. We planted them to the front of two properties to replace an old leylandii hedge. The instructions on the website were most helpful. Let's hope they get off to a flying start next spring.

Vicky at customer services is the reason Hedges Direct get a 5 star review. Hedges Direct initially sent the wrong number of live hedges and a few incorrect ones. Most were healthy although the courier damaged one of the boxes and a few plants in the box. Vicky after several calls and a couple of deliveries managed to sort out the initial mistake. Not only was she friendly and understanding but kept us informed throughout the process. Thank you Vicky. This could have been a very different review without you.

Very impressed with the service from Hedging Plants Direct. The plants were ordered over a weekend and I was contacted on the Monday to select which day I wanted them to be delivered. They arrived on a pallet, well protected and in great condition. The plants were also fantastic value. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful plants arrived looking healthy, planted same day just before heavy rain, so delighted.
Pity the delivery company delayed our delivery over the weekend, perhaps you should not have promised it to us for delivery on Black Friday when couriers are so busy, make a note of that for the future
