First ever visit to this Stockport suburb. Came to try sausages from award winning next door butcher Littlewoods. Casta says it is a lovely little bar and bottle shop with three real ales on handpumps. He went for the Tetley's bitter. Also tried a lovely rosé wine. Good value bar. Not a lot of inside seating though there is also a cellar room. Casta braved an outdoor seat on Candlemass..a warmish Feb 2nd in 2024. On a busy road. Worth a visit.

Very kind staff with a good knowledge of his beers. He offered us to get something to eat from the butcher beside and eat it while enjoy his draft beers.

Worth every minute of the afternoon trip from Piccadilly to this cracking area for beer shops both takeaway and drink on premises. Staff very friendly and even a CAMRA discount to boot!
