Had a quote at the start of May for some replacement fence panels and agreed for them to come and fit them, they said they were busy but would sort it asap, contacted them again in July for an update and was told they would call me back in 10 minutes (they never did). It’s now September and I have heard nothing, not the best way to run a business, really unprofessional!

I’d just like to say that Heanor fencing are fantastic at what they do and the new fence with concrete posts/gravel boards which they have put up has surely added value to the house, it really does look that good!!
They cleaned up afterwards to a very high standard, kept us informed throughout, from initial quote through until very quick and efficient completion of works undertaken. Can’t thank them enough. If anyone’s wanting a quality new fence -at a competitive price then look no further 10/10
