What is there to say?. If I want parts for a JCB, I ring them and they tell me if it's in stock. I then go there to get parts for a JCB. They also sell parts for New Holland - but I don't need parts for a New Holland because we don't own one. I occasionally browse the shelves and get pulled into buying Würth Ultra 2040 penetrating oil, which is probably, in my opinion, the finest spray lube available. It's like Paco Rabanne for mechanics.
