Lin and the team were nothing short of exceptional! Always very responsive to all of our messages and incredibly helpful and professional. Our house moving journey had been somewhat of a nightmare but as soon as Lin and the team got involved it was a seamless process from start to finish. Everything was done in a timely manner, Lin was very friendly and made the process very personal whilst still maintaining the professionalism you would expect. We have dealt with many estate agents in the last 2 years or so and Hayden Estates are by far the best. Would definitely recommend 12/10! Thank you Lin!

Hayden's have been an excellent estate agents. I was a tennent in a property they were managing for the last year and a half. Always very quick to respond to queries and issues, reliable and were never overbearing. Overall a very pleasant renting experience through Hayden Estates.

It was a pleasure to deal with Hayden Estates, Professional Honest and Reliable, This is the first time I have sold a property with the agent I bought from in 40 years, some other agents should take Note about treating buyers with respect as they could be clients in the future. Where do I start? Working with Lin and Sara has been absolutely wonderful.
They are the best at finding homes that met all of your requirements. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct.
They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible.
It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you.

In my opinion, Hayden Estates are simply the most cost effective and professional estate agents in the area. Others that were asked to quote came in almost double the fees that Hayden charge. Linda and her daughter Sara have handled my sale personally and have at times gone the extra mile to ensure the sale of my property stayed on-track all the way through to completion. I am very pleased with their services and couldn't recommend Hayden more highly to anyone considering selling their property.
