Just returned home from this Beautiful Farm Cottage. Feeling sad to leave. ||Duncan & Jane were lovely Hosts. Even looked after our naughty Patterdale Terrier when she escaped. Kept her safe.||The Cottage was Beautiful. 3 lovely comfy en-suite bedrooms. With lovely clean bedding. Big bathroom downstairs with a jacuzzi bath. Big kitchen where our party all spent a lot of time together. Lots of Books, Games and DVD's for rainy days.||JUST PERFECT. So 'Oldy Worldy' We will be returning again with Pleasure ❤️ Thank you again for the Awesome memories, ||Beth, Dave, the Gang and Naughty Raven ?|

We visited this Stunning Cottage in September to escape the crazy of Newquay. We were not disappointed. Such a peaceful location and beautiful home. There was nothing to fault. The cottage was full of charm and character and had everything you needed. All of our family slept very well in the comfortable beds. Super happy with our break at Hay Meadow and would recommend to friends. Thank you ?

We enjoyed our stay at Hay Meadow Farm so much. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet - felt very safe for our kids to run around and explore. The cottage is stunning and extremely comfortable and the family onsite were so friendly and accommodating. There was lots to see and do in the local area. I could easily have stayed on another week and would love to come back one day.

A real nice place if you like to isolate a bit. You will have to take care of cooking as not many things around. The place was more than enough we were two families , 7 people overall. Great showers and dining room. Awesome yard. We really appreciate the owner's welcoming

Stayed here 2 nights. Duncan Jane and their 2 boys welcomed us. We stayed in the Orchid room upstairs in the 12th Century Thatched Cottage. The renovated room was lovely with it's sloping side walls and views to the fields.The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Had dinner at the local pub first night but second night Duncan cooked a fabulous Hand Reared (Ruby)Local Sirloin Steak and vegetables which we had with a bottle of red. It was perfect. Duncan's scrambled eggs and smoked salmon at breakfast was the best I've ever had. The setting is peaceful and relaxing just right after sightseeing all day. It was just lovely.. As it is a large property there is plenty of off road parking.There was a large selection of DVD's to watch in your room too.

The property is absolute gem located in a tranquil setting away from the hustle of the busy city life, exactly what we were looking for. We were not let down in any aspect and found everything as seen in the pictures and described in the advertisement.||||It would have been a great stay but what made it truly exceptional and memorable was the warm hospitality of Jane, Duncan and their family (hosts at the property). We will definitely plan another trip soon.

We stayed at Hay Meadow for three nights and it was absolutely amazing. It took a bit of effort to find but see the thatched cottage as you drove down the drive was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and shown to our rooms where tea, coffee and milk were provided.||The room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfy.||The breakfasts the next morning were a real treat. I had a cooked breakfast eat morning which pretty much filled me for the whole day until tea. My girlfriend had porridge and cooked breakfasts on different days. All the food was organic and locally sourced where possible - the food was fantastic.||We were served tea or coffee and fruit juice with toast for the breakfast and the owners couldn't do enough for you.||We really enjoyed our stay here and it was nice to see an area we've been to before.||if we get the chance, we would definitely stay here again.

What a stunning location, beautiful BB. We have stayed Monday to Friday in the Orchid Room, we were treated like family. We felt very welcome breakfast where outstanding, my partner loved smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast. I lived on omelette all week. Thank you Duncan, Jane and Sue for a lovely stay.
