We bought some Sticky Chilli slow cooker sauce from the shop in Hawkshead while on holiday. It was so good had to get some more. Went on the web site and got 8 more jars to keep us going. The web site was easy to use and very well presented. Got what I ordered 4 days later. Excellent Sauce, website and service. Will be using again.

I’m delighted with my purchase. The products are so good & they come extremely well packaged. The jars from the couture range are so pretty on the table for Christmas.. I’ve only used the jams & relishes but looking forward to trying from the other ranges.

This is a pretty little shop selling some of the finest preserves in the UK, but the exact same products are available far cheaper elsewhere in the Lake District. For example, the Westmorland Farmhouse Pickle, one of the few gluten-free alternatives to Branston, is almost £1 cheaper in Booths supermarkets.

Fabulous small business with a delicious range of jams, sauces and other treats. The most delicious jam I’ve ever had - especially the raspberry & vanilla. As good on toast as it is on scones! Great service and super speedy delivery. Keep doing what you are doing and you’ll have a customer for life.

This was my first online order and I was delighted with both the high quality products and excellent customer service. My order was dispatched the same day and received the following day. All the jams and relishes are superb, especially the raspberry and vanilla jam and the piccalilli. The Cheese Lovers Hamper makes a really nice gift and is well presented. Lovely shop in the middle of Hawkshead village. They have a big selection of jars of jams, chutneys and relish. I bought a couple of gifts from the shop, as they were presented well and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit!
