Decent breakfast, good selection too. The outside tables & chairs by the lake on a sunny day are a pleasant place to have breakfast on. The Avocado toast with Chorizo & poached eggs was tasty. The order queue took a while but once ordered pretty quick to bring the food.

Our 5 year old boy loves it on the Junior Lake. My husband also comes here for night fishing and always has good things to say! We've visited the pottery place a couple of times now - which is awesome and the cafe is fab too!

Great day out with grandchildren, lovely place to show children how to fish. It was a bit busy on the day we went but understandable as it
was school holidays. I was a little concerned as some people did not know how to land fish and I saw a fish being landed onto gravel. It would have been good if someone was watching out of the welfare of the fish.

Second visit in as many weeks. My son asked to go fishing at the start of the school holidays, so I asked some friends for a recommendation, and this place came up twice.

A beautiful location, with friendly, helpful staff, especially as I haven't fished for 30 years. Advice on bait, gear, and techniques, and my son caught his first fish ever, and I had my first in 30 years.

We fished in the largest of the junior lakes, which isn't huge, but there are loads of fish in each lake.

Planning to come back next week with one of my son's friends, and one of mine. I'd forgotten how relaxing fishing was.

Set in a lovely setting, the food was tasty and reasonably priced too.
We went at the weekend, it was very busy but we managed to park and get a table too. We will be back.

Nice place, great for kids. Expensive if hiring rods etc and can get busy at times. Cafe is always a bit hectic and a long wait to be served.
