I always get lovely service from Emma and the staff at Hat Hats here. It’s so nice that Herne Bay Station has a good cafe with such a variety of drinks and food because it makes the train journey so much nicer. 5 stars and highly recommended

About time a reliable and good coffee shop arrived at the station.
Very friendly staff, reward card and great selection of products.

Won’t be buying from here again. Having previously bought coffees here on my commute to London at 7am this morning I just needed somewhere warm to sit and send some emails and the waiting areas on the platform are still out of use. When I asked the girl working if I could use the WiFi she said I couldn’t have it as it was for paying customers and actually I couldn’t sit in the cafe seating area either because that is just for paying customers too. Despite telling her I bought a £4 coffee yesterday and no other people were sitting in there, she said it doesn’t work like that. Not friendly nor considerate of commuting customers. Avoid!
