On a cold autumn day where better to have a treat than at the Harris & James coffee shop where the choice of genuine tasty ice cream were a must ( soooo yummy) folllowed by coffee and free yes free doughnuts - how amazing. The staff ( Melanie & Jacob) are so warming and customer friendly - go check this super place out and enjoy.

I don't normally eat a large amount of ice-cream, but I saw rum & raisin flavour, so I decided to treat myself to a large ice-cream.
The portion cost £4.95 - which sounds a lot, but the portion was HUGE - so great value for money.
Also, my girlfriend had a mild panic attack when we first went in there, and was given some water by the staff.
My girlfriend liked the bubblegum ice-cream.
Her mum liked the banoffee ice-cream as well.
Delicious ice-cream - worth queuing for, even if it's busy.

Just came here for ice cream and doughnuts after a cold day by the coast. Great ice cream, very nice flavour. Lots of different choice too so I'll have to come back. Also for the price I thought fair size portions too. Doughnuts cooked fresh as you order. Service very quick despite being busy and very friendly too. Close enough to the coast to deserve a short walk to it. Definitely be back here next time I'm in the area.

Glad I chose this shop out of the numerous ice cream shops in Cromer. Smiley welcoming staff, creamy ice cream, sorry gelato. Had coffee ice cream cone, was so fresh. Partner had raspberry is was so fragrant. Will definitely be back.

There are many ice cream shops around but this gelato shop sells the best gelato. Portion is huge for the price we are paying. Their gelato is really creamy. They have 4 lactose free sorbets which is great for lactose intolerant folks. I had the lemon sorbet with ginger bits and it’s made with a soy base. I just ordered one scope and look for big the portion is in the picture. They even have gluten free cones. Only one thing, the staff should cover the cone with a napkin instead of using their hands to hold the cone.

I went here with my boyfriend and parents, and had totally delicious ice creams. There were loads of fantastic flavours, and the cones were very biscuity. There are also lots of tasty looking chocolates and baked goods all made in store, so we'll definitely be coming back before the end of our holiday this week! Nice to support a local LGBT+ friendly business too.

Initially bought a blondie from here which was slightly overcooked, took it back and they were more than accommodating! Took the item back straight away and swapped it for something else. We ended up having their chocolate brownie and it was absolutely amazing! Soft and rich - definitely recommend coming here!
