Just recently bought from this seller and they sent me plants that are obviously sick and unhealthy. Almost all of the leaves of the Monstera are yellowish and overall it's thin and really looks unhealthy, the leaves of the Chinese money plant has some signs of insect infestation and really look unkempt, and the string of pearls looks unkempt as well. It's very far from the photos of the plants that they advertised. It is VERY DISAPPOINTING to receive such plants from a seller like this. The plants they sent looks like from the clearance section or the unwanted ones in the supermarket. I reported this to them but they keep insisting that the plants just need some time to settle and grow. But the YELLOWISH LEAVES and the plants being so thin and unhealthy, doesn't justify that. I always choose to buy plants from the nurseries as I thought they are well-cared, compared to those in the supermarkets, but this seller proved otherwise. So, if you want to WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY and gamble with this seller then go ahead, but don't expect too much just like me 'coz you'll be VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

What a fantastic company, I ordered my plants on the Sunday, and received them on the Thursday, they were superbly wrap, and transported very well, I know that I shall be buying more plants from you. I'd never heard of your company before, but my friend bought me a gift voucher for my birthday, which I shall now be passing onto my friends. Keep up the excellent work !!!!!!

Plants come in perfect condition and well wrapped not damaged at all and are just as pictured. Great value for money some olaces would charge double and you would get a bulb or a barely grown plant. These are all established and beautiful. Fast dispatch and fast delivery.

The selection of plants and pots etc is brilliant and great prices I brought a string of hearts with pot and a rabbits foot prayer plant with the gorgeous yellow pot 😊 both were well packaged and in great condition, two weeks on and they are loving their new home. Will definitely buy again from here the only thing is there is so much to choose from lol can't wait to get my next lot. Bought 6 plants from these guys. Wasn't sure what to expect but wow! Plants were very well packaged and when opened, in gorgeous condition. Every one was healthy and lovely. Have ordered more plants as a result and will be using Hapy Houseplants whenever I want more plants. Highly recommend.

I bought this plant song of India one month ago. It is totally different from the pictures on the website. I understand the official picture just shows the perfect status, however the quality of what I received is not that good either.

First, the stems are too thin and not strong enough. The plant is more like a group of small branches instead of a proper whole. The picture is attached showing the group of small thin stems.

Secondly, the soil comes with gnats that quickly spread in my home and I still dealing with them! Disappointed - the plants are clearly not carefully cultivated.

I am experienced in caring indoor and outdoor plants and got a garden for some years. Thus, the feedback from the owner challenged me about the lack of appropriate caring is interesting.

To check the real status of this plant, I repotted it recently and it is apparent that this plant was propagated from somewhere recently as the roots are quite short. The soil is vey loose and dry on the bottom and it is clear that this plant is not being taken cared for a while there in the pot before being sold. Considering this plant is sold at a quite expensive price, I am so surprised to see it is at this very unmatched quality.
