We met the milkman (salesman) who looked spiffy in his traditional all-white milkman uniform. Pleasantly surprised to learn that milk delivered in glass bottles is an actual service. Signed up as customers and it's now been over a year of receiving excellent service and great products twice a week. Easy to manage service and our account online. Never had any issues. Thank you for your brilliant service.

Signed up on a whim when our local Milkman was knocking on doors. Been really happy with the service, they've never skipped a delivery in around a year, the online portal to manage deliveries is easy to use and when I rang up to cancel (I just wasn't drinking enough milk or other products to justify it) it was very easy and simple. Would happily sign up again if my circumstances change.

The salesman who came to our door was great and we were really pleased to change to glass bottles to do our bit for the environment. We've only had our subscription for about a month and they've missed the last 2 deliveries. This morning I've had to knock for a neighbour to borrow milk so my son doesn't go to school hungry. It's just not good enough. I wish I'd read all these 1 star reviews before I signed up. Cancelling today.

Great service, I am really happy with the online account, makes it very easy to change delivery amounts when you are going away. And they are really quiet, never heard them delivering the milk.

We had a great milkman called John, but when he retired, we were passed on to Hanover. What a difference, and not for the better. Firstly they only deliver to our area one day a week, which means you start the week with fresh milk, but by the end, it’s been sitting there 6days. Secondly, if they mess up your delivery, which they will, and often, you don’t get it sorted.
We moved to. Milkman as we liked the idea of glass bottles and shopping local, but at this stage, it’s not a local business, and we are still having to by supermarket milk when they make a mistake

They recently expanded down south and we signed up for milk deliveries 2 times a week. Was going well for weeks and we were happy with the quality of milk but all of a sudden our Friday deliveries got missed despite me seeing them drive past our house on the first day they missed us. Shrugged it off as a mistake at first and got a refund but when it happened two weeks in a row we just cancelled our subscription and will either go elsewhere or back to supermarket for milk.

Said to the salesman I didn’t want to sign up until I’d spoken to my partner about it, he said no worries leave name and phone number with him and they’ll contact me on the Monday to see if I want to sign up.. Monday comes, they leave milk outside of my door, they do this again 2 more times within a week so I email them got an apology and was told to leave out the milk for them to collect. Been outside on the doorstep 3 days and still no collection, contacted them multiple times and no reply at all, waste of time I’ll just bring the milk in and use it if it’s not getting collected
