Great user interface on the website, really easy to order exactly what you need. Templates supplied in so many different sizes. Delivery was quick and my order was faultless. Great customer service as they pointed out something relevant to the paper type I had used and I changed it last minute. If only all companies were like this!

I've used Handy Labels twice now, and on each occasion have found them to be excellent in relation to their service, support, quality control and turnaround times. I grind my own artist's oil colours and had been looking for labels to apply onto the tubes which were slightly out of the ordinary. I opted for their Textured Paper.

The sample pack and subsequent labels I ordered were stunning. They exceeded expectations, are very competitively priced for the quality of the product and were of an entirely custom size and quantity I requested. Application and adhesion to the collapsible tubes are excellent.

I've since sent for some smaller labels intended for product samples and the experience was likewise superb and will be sending for another batch in the near future.

Ordered stickers which were great, then I tried to do a reorder of exactly the same design, size and quantity, was told I needed to submit a brand new form containing all the details they already had. I called for support, they said support would cost extra. I just wanted exactly the same order again!

I figured if I had to submit a new order I might as well go with another company who hadn't made the process so difficult, so I did.

A Disappointing Experience with Handy Labels

I placed an order with Handy Labels for my business, trusting them based on previous successful orders. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Despite using the same file as before, the labels were poorly cut and of noticeably lower quality than expected. As a business owner, I rely on high-quality products to maintain my brand’s reputation, and this order fell short of professional standards.

When I raised the issue, the response from Handy Labels was far from satisfactory. Instead of taking full accountability for the problem, they shifted the blame to me, citing the approval of a proof. However, the same file had been used in prior orders without any issues, making this explanation seem like an excuse rather than a solution.

The lack of flexibility and customer care in resolving the matter was frustrating. While they eventually offered to waive their returns policy, this was presented as a “gesture of goodwill” rather than the resolution I deserved. Ultimately, I was left with a product I couldn’t use, delays in my operations, and a disappointing impression of what was once a trusted service provider.

I hope Handy Labels improves its quality control and customer service to prevent other businesses from experiencing the same issues. Professionalism and accountability are critical, especially for customers who rely on your products to support their operations.
