Just made homemade pullapart bread with the pork nduja and mozzarella stuffed inside. Absolutely amazing!!

Amazing local products and great customer service. The pork nduja is so flavorful with rich notes of spices. I stopped by the Edinburgh farmers market a second time to buy more nduja. I am a happy return customer.

So happy to have come across the Hammond Charcuterie stand at the Edinburgh farmers market. Everything we sampled was delicious and we ended up getting the Sabadiego, which ended up becoming a major motivator for us to finish the Trotternish ridge hike. We enjoyed it with a fantastic view and I'm still dreaming about it.

My husband and I visited Edinburgh from Cambridge and stumbled upon this stand at the farmers market. We are SO GLAD we did! The items are so delicious and such high quality! Try the Nigerian jerky; you won’t be disappointed! Though you really can’t go wrong with anything this company sells!! Can’t wait to get our hands on more!!

I visited Rachel’s stall at the Edinburgh Farmers Market yesterday and purchased the Venison Biltong, Wild Mallard Biltong and Nduja. I can confirm all three products are truly sensational. She has a wide variety of products available to buy and the customer service was top notch. I will definitely be ordered more produce in the future. Highly recommended, great stuff.

One of the pleasures of visiting Italy and Spain is being able to sample the wide selection of quality charcuterie on offer. With the lockdown this year, such trips are off the table. So I ordered the Charcuterie Soother Box from Hammond Charcuterie to try to reproduce the experience at home. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The quality was as good as anything I've experienced on my trips, full of flavour and perfect texture. With the current hot weather, sitting in my garden with this selection and some good cheese, olives and bread, I declare my experiment a success!

Purchased some of the wild venison products from the Hebburn food market on Saturday 9th April.. We really enjoyed the flavours with cider and seaweed, blackpepper and paprika and garlic. Glad we found you! 😁

Great flavours and ran by a lovely team. Picked up some aged venison, pork sausage and lonza from jesmond market on the weekend. All of this made for moreish snacking, amazing flavours and an interesting introduction to venison for myself.
