Drove out to visit the food truck at Polesden Lacey as have been meaning to try for such a long time. Certainly didn't disappoint and worth the wait.

Halloumi Bitemade made us three wonderful wraps. We enjoyed them thoroughly and the gentleman in charge never forgot my name! The staff were very helpful and provided us with a bag for the wrap that was too big for my son to finish. We really couldn't have asked for more! Well done folks.

The best gyro I’ve ever had in the UK was here at Halloumi Bite! I wholeheartedly recommend them!
If you pass them at Polesden Lacey you need to give them a try.

I asked Hallumi Bite to cater my birthday party and I couldn’t be happier. Dimitri is incredibly organised and has everything planned out impeccably.
We didn’t need to lift a finger. The portions were incredibly generous and excellent value.

Dimitri and his team were nothing but friendly and professional, extremely flexible around last minute changes, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked perfectly, The food was delicious, and the generous portions ensured that no-one went hungry. Big shout out to these lovely guys today who were based at the beautiful polesdon lacey.
They provided me with not only impeccable service and knowledge on Coeliac Disease but also made me the most delicious (safely prepared) Chicken Gyros halloumi salad with their home made Tzatziki dip on the side

Everything Dimitri cooks is amazing plus always with a smile. The halloumi flakes (fried cheese wrapped in bacon) is something you have to try, and the meat is so tasty and well seasoned! All cooked fresh for you, really yummy.
