The young lad that served me was excellent! There was none of the correct oil for my car on the self, so he went a found one in a recent delivery to the store, but it was not till he got to the third delivery basket that the found it. Super helpful and a credit to the store.

I had booked a slot online to replace a headlight bulb with fitting. I arrived for my slot at 3pm. I gave my details to the young lady behind the till. At 3.45pm I was still waiting. I went back in to the store to ask how much longer I would be waiting as it was really cold and getting dark. The lady asked me for my car registration. I said to the lady that she didn't ask my for my registration when I first arrived. At this point I asked for a refund. It was a complete waste of my time. I was told by another younger man that only a certain staff member could process a refund and then back came the same lady them both laughing together. Honestly the customer service is terrible. Their should be a clear instruction for opening time, went to collect the bike at 10:30am but bike section is closed until 12pm. Lets see what willbe next issue.

I hadn't booked to have my wiper blade changed and was in a hurry. I was served immediately even though the assistant I was seen by was about to do something else. Seeing I was short of time he told the mechanic about the job and went to get the blade straight away from the shelf in readiness for the job. Within five minutes my windscreen wiper blade was changed and I was on my way! Brilliant service.

Went to the store to collect items from click and collect. The member of staff on the sales counter was extremely rude and asked what item I was collecting. I explained that there was multiple items so asked if I could give the order number. The member of staff said that wasn't was she asked for and again asked for the item. I said it was various windscreen wipers and batteries. The member of staff then asked for my name and then collected the items, scanned them and left them on the counter. Very rude female, who should be offered some customer service training.

Great service. Our daughter's bike was ready as expected, and the store even called me when I dropped the sticker for the bike on the way out, which was massively appreciated.

Very disappointed in the service received today. I have used Halfords for all my motoring needs ever since I past my test almost 20 years ago, add in the bikes and scooters we have had too. Recently bought a set of side lights around £7 paid cash and unfortunately didn't get the receipt, one of the bulbs are faulty and staff refused to help replace them. I understand I didn't have a receipt but the bulbs are in a Halfords branded box and you can see not very old. If you are not going to help with faulty items without a receipt then please do not ask me if I need one when paying for items. Just give it to me.. Will be looking to take my 20 year custom elsewhere, hopefully a store who will treat loyal customers with some respect.

Paid £348.00 including having the bike built and ready to use with my grandson’s name on it. The name was a sticker I expected it to be engraved. It’s 3 days and both pedals have come off. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. It’s going back today!
