I can’t fault the workers in reception and the quality and price of products but giving 3 stars because twice now I’ve been mistreated by the blokes who work in the yard. It puts me off going back.

Complete misogynists who ignore you and make you wait while they sit in their hut. They do come out promptly to serve when a man arrives though, and they serve him first, just ignoring me. Treating women like they are invisible is not acceptable. Women actually buy building materials and renovate houses in the U.K. Please have a chat with them because I couldn’t get through and was gaslit when I tried.

Just had some bark delivered in bulk. Really good quality, no greens in at all. Good price too. The driver was the best part of the transaction, really helpful and went beyond his duties to put the bags where I wanted them. Thanks again

Great service at a very fair price. Let down by the corporates and this small business did the job much better.
Delivered on the day specified and the delivery driver Jack was a cracking lad who got the stuff as close as he kindly could for me.
Would definitely use again and recommend for sure.

They have a big choice of building and landscaping materials, are always friendly and helpful and appear to be cheaper than similar places nearby.
I find that costs in all places are quite high at the moment.

Went today to look at flooring. We were told it was upstairs and someone would come up. We waited 15 minutes. Eventually we went back downstairs and said we weren't going to bother. All the lady said was he's gone up. We just shrugged our shoulders and left. No apology or anything. Its not the first time we've had bad service from this company. We always try and support local businesses, but we won't be going g back there to soon. A smile and an apology goes a long way.
