Brilliant nursery, with knowledgeable and caring staff. Myself and my husband contacted Donna and the team for advice for our first home and Garden. We were provided with a huge amount of advice, options and decided with a few small fruit trees in our garden. Anytime we have had any questions or concerns we have contacted the team and been provide a very helpful & kind response. I would strongly recommend using Grow!!

Dreadful service- I paid for a pear tree at the beginning of June and was promised delivery early September. Heard nothing- I phoned early October and was told it would be a couple of weeks- still nothing. October came and went as did November, phoned and spoke to the general manager who promised not matter what she would speak to the member of staff and phone me back without fail that afternoon- guess what - no phone call. I did get an email telling me someone would call in the morning but no apology and still no phone call! Dreadful customer service, and find it hard to believe that in 6 months there has not been a single pear tree ready for customers.

I have over a few years bought cherry, apple and pear trees from Brogdale and despite my neglect they have flourished and fruited well. Very reasonable prices too for a lifetime of fruit. They give great advice on flavour, size, cropping and general advice on the plant both before and after sales. I am so pleased with the trees I've had up to now that I have just ordered an apple tree for my sister for Christmas Can't go wrong - they are, after all, the experts... they hold and maintain the National Fruit Collection - there's no better pedigree than that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Our beautiful fruit trees supplied and planted by Grow at Brogdale have blossomed and are looking great bearing fruit. Brian and his team have done the pruning and each time they show us how it's done and give us tips on what to look out for with the trees. The 'edible hedge' is already bearing fruit too! A 5* service before and after sale!

I paid these people several thousand pounds for fruit trees and a hedge to be planted in an ex-commercial fruit orchard. A lot of the trees have gown very poorly or have died. The hedge was planted but not protected against rabbits and within a few days was decimated. I called several times but they never called back. I have replaced the dead fruit trees with new trees from Keeper's Nursery which grow a lot, lot better.
