Friendly staff. Lots and varieties of trees choice. Some very unique trees. Find the picture of a tree online… show to the staff and they will pin point where the trees are amongst hundreds of healthy species. Have to go there to believe it. Enjoy the country lane route too. I am returning customer over the years.

I purchased four trees at a cost of £1000.00 each , two of the four have lost their foliage, I took a video to show them , they palmed me off saying lack of watering, absolute rubbish they were all watered the same , very unhelpful people I would never go back there ….. expensive and unprofessional people.

I too have had a tree that has died and could not get anyone to help me. Poor customer service. I don't think Griffin is ready to sell to the public. Good luck getting your money back mate.
