We bought a house from Green Plan and can honestly say that the quality of the build, attention to detail, level of thought of how the house will be used and location are second to none.

We have experienced several new build homes in the past and been disappointed with the experience but this couldn’t have been more different.

The homes are unique and the process of selecting and customising the house the way you want it is very personal and enjoyable.

Rude employees (on site especially), complete lack of consideration for local neighbours during construction works. Ruined public highway, council had to come out to do road & pavement repairs due to incompetent & careless drivers accessing site. Dread to think what their building skills are like.
