What a lovely place! It’s easy to get to on the 555 from Lancaster (takes about half an hour) and the buses run every hour. We went to the Open Farm. £10 entry and £1.50 for a bag of feed if you want it. Really good vibes, lots of lovely animals. The staff were amazing and let you hold stuff if you asked. Had lots of reptiles, small mammals, owls, birds, farm animals. A great place for kids, there’s a amazing play area and a nice cafe. Both family with kids and groups of adult friends without kids around. Definitely not just for children, recommend to uni students! Such a peaceful time. There’s scheduled events and they feed the lamps in the morning and afternoon in spring/summer. When we went the events included: owl handling, reptile holding, lamp feeding etc. all the events are included in entry price and the people are so nice.

The best farm to get hands-on experience with all the animals. There's a great team of farm hands to help you get up close with practically every animal on the farm. Everything from guinea pigs to cows, from spring lambs to royal python snakes. This farm has something for everyone. With an indoor play Barn, Lazer Tag and Mini Golf for those who don't like farms. A restaurant, farm shop and fresh milk for the foodies. A garden centre, wine shop and so much more are available for the shoppers too! Go check them out on all the socials and schedule a visit soon.

Our family of 4 inc 2 teenagers LOVED it here. Loads of opportunities to get hands on with various animals. The staff were all really knowledgeable and friendly. I thought the pricing was fair, especially given how clean the place is kept (goat poop swept up promptly in communal area), the conditions the animals are kept in, and for the duration of our stay (4 hours inc lunch). Special shout out to Jordan who got the highland cows out of the canal for us to enjoy seeing them! Lots of fun. Would go back regularly if we lived in the area.

I didn't experience everything there.
You can do Crazy Golfing, Laser Tag, and Play Barn Soft Play, which we didn't do, and you pay separately for them.

We paid to go to the farm, and you can buy animal feed, which tells you which animals you can and can not feed, and get a map.

It is an adorable farm and very popular.
There are goats and little pot belly pigs walking around. There are all the animals you'd expect on a farm.

It's nice and open, picnic benches, a hay barn with slide etc, there's also a giant bouncy.....thing!? Which kids love and a little paddling pool/mock beach which is perfect for very little one to paddle.

Accessibility: There is disabled parking, but it gets busy quite early on, then the rest of the car park is on gravel. I saw people in wheelchairs visiting, and staff are very supportive and helpful to promote inclusiveness. Just ask if needed, and they'll do the best they can. Recommending phoning ahead for any specifics. I am unsure about accesible toilets as i just didn't notice, but there may possibly be them. (Website may say)

But everything else is wide and open, clean, talks, plenty of benches dotted around and hand washing.

Will kids love it? YES. Will big kids/Grown ups love it? YES.

This place is a must to visit with the kids (or even without). There's plenty to do and see. Some of the animals roam free, some, you can feed and pet. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have a good knowledge about the animals they care for.
There's also a lazer tag and crazy golf on site, which you pay separately for but can also be visited without entrance to the farm.

Absolutely amazing day. The staff are so friendly and relaxed with the animals. The food was brilliant as was the service. We stayed for pizza and ice cream after. The farm isn't huge which is a plus. Plenty to do for the kids and we will be back.

Fantastic place!! Large variety of animals that you can handle, barn owls, snakes, chicks, bugs, hedgehog, Guinea pigs, the list is endless! There are also loads more animals and free roaming ones that you can hand feed and really knowledgeable staff! A lovely Farmshop with butchers and a cafe with some lovely food on offer. They also have Lasertag and a Playbarn that we didn’t go in, but so much on offer there! Would highly recommend

We spent the afternoon at Greenlands Farm Village while on our holiday last week. The place was fantastic, we started with the crazy golf. It was the most beautiful set up, and the lady in charge was so friendly. We had so much fun and we were rushed around. The farm was amazing, I have a 12 year old and a 9 year old who are animal mad and were both so happy to be able to hold the rabbits, chicks and stroke the piglets. The staff were so happy to answer questions, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great time and we were said to have to leave at 5 when it closed.
The cafe also did very delicious cakes, the shop had some lovely produce and again the staff in both were fantastic.
Very happy visitors.
