Paid for £100 worth of goods on 16th April. Heard nothing for a week or 2 which due to covid-19 was expected but contacted them just to check... was told the items were on back order... were supposed to call me back to confirm ETA. . Heard nothing . contacted again for refund.. nothing . No communication returned. Had to pursue a refund through PayPal. Had my money for nearly a month
