Well I’ve been working for GM know for over 8 years and have and still are enjoying my work with them.

The company is very professional and it’s always felt like a family run business .

I’ve always found when I pick up the phone it gets answered or if I ask management a question I’ve always received an answer.

In all the time of working there not once have I never received my pay I’ve always have it on pay day.
I get to see a lot of cleaners in what I do and 99% of them are happy with GM.

What I really love is with most companies you never get to see or even chat with the directors of the company but with GM Which are Michelle and Jerome I’ve always found them very approachable and I would say that is very refreshing in a company .

I could go on and on but I won’t , I will say this though joining or using GM would be the best thing you ever did Going with or work for as a cleaning company

I’ve worked for green machine sw since April this year! As of yet I’ve had no real issues. Sometimes communication is a hit and miss. But everyone’s busy. They do get back to you as soon as they can. Staff are friendly. Team work can be an issue. As well as cover. Pay has ALWAYS been on time. But overall, it’s a friendly company to work for. I really enjoy working for the company.

Good company to work for good salary only problem is you have to give 2 months notice for holiday request and if they don't have cover then they refuse your holiday (shocking)

Not the best but not the worst, they expect extremely high standards and give you a week to improve if you don't meet those standards, quite accommodating when I had issues and swapped me to weekends so I didn't lose my job,

Once we got through a few teething problems of finding a good team who worked well together in our building it was brilliant. Rarely have any issues, very responsive with a high quality of work. Any and all queries are dealt with on the day run by a friendly and helpful team. Very pleased

Green machine are reliable, they always turn up, our experience is some cleaners are better than others which I suppose you will find everywhere. when we have had issues, I have always been able to approach our account manager who addresses the issues.
