Flawless service! The plant is really pretty and I bought it online from Italy to send it as a present.
The parcel had a problem during the shipping, I contacted the shop and Julia the owner answered me back quickly and solved the problem personally, and I really appreciated that. I absolutely recommend the shop!

Have been in twice lately as I fancied buying a couple of plants. Total waste of journey on both occasions . The shop has very little stock and the very few plants in there look neglected. The owners could at least communicate with customers via their website or through signs in the shop to explain the shortage of stock. Infuriating, really.

Absolutely fabulous company. Starting with a stunning website full of beautiful unique houseplants. Succulents,Cacti, Airplants and more. Very reasonable prices for all different sizes and tastes. Lots of very nice quality pots and accessories. I ordered 4 extra large hanging Cacti and 110cm long gorgeous English Ivy. The packing skills were impeccable. I know it was'nt easy to get them all safe and sound ready for a 600 mile trip across country. However, they made it in tip top condition. Not one leaf or Cacti arm lost. They showed up fed and watered. Soil intact. I was amazed tbh. They sent it late in the day and I got the huge parcel the very next morning. So my darling new plants didn't spend much time in transit torture. This Green Charm shop is now my go to, for all my plant needs. I already requested a certain Airplant and they said they would order it. Top service. I recommend to everybody, beginner plant parents or collectors of rare ones. Thank you so much. Samantha

They had stock of a cactus that I couldn't find anywhere else & it was cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen it too. It was dispatched quickly & the packaging was amazing, they packaged it carefully to keep the cactus safe but it wasn't excessive. Really impressed and will definitely buy from them again ☺️

This is an absolute gem! Adam couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent communication throughout and Adam really did go out of his way to sort delivery. The plant itself is absolutely beautiful, healthy and I will be back for more!

Plant was half dead, one of the main roots snapped at the bottom so once removed we we're left with half a half dead plant..we will try and revive hopefully but the life support may need to be turned off..
