Unfortunately I have to say that the customer service is poor, I bought in January, the order arrived incomplete and I have not been refunded my money, (it's March) the products are good but next time I will buy from another shop.

Recently moved to Hereford and have been using Grape Tree for years elsewhere. A very knowledgable lady called Mel gave superb customer service which enabled me to buy some of my usual products but also offered advice and where special offers were to be had as well around the store ...so well done her.
