Stayed here before,it's peaceful, tranquil, spotlessly clean, fully furnished, kinda a home from home, all the cottages have everything you need for your stay,
Even our dog is happy, lovely countryside surrounding you here, signed footpaths for your walks, bridleways and alpacas in the field beside you.
All in all, a 5 star ? rating from us

What a beautiful place to stay!

The cottage was rather pleasant, and the grounds are really lovely. The farm animals on site were a big hit with the kids (and adults), we even got to groom our favourite pony. The games room and tennis court were also fantastic.

Penny was a wonderful host.
Highly recommended!

This was the perfect setting for a family mini break. My partner, my parents and myself stayed in Threshing Hall Barn; the largest of the barn conversions. The accommodation was tasteful and very comfortable, retaining some of the lovely original barn features. We had a great view of the horses being stabled and the Llamas in a nearby field. We also enjoyed being greeted by the two very friendly farm dogs.||We had the added bonus of absolutely glorious weather so made the most of it by exploring the local footpaths. ||We would highly recommend staying here if you want peace, tranquillity and comfort in a gorgeous setting. We look forward to booking again soon.||Thank you.

We had a lovely weekend here staying at the Threshing Hall Barn. Accommodation was lovely, and it's in a beautiful area with loads of footpaths either straight from the farm or a very short distance away.||Penny and her team couldn't have been nicer and went out of their way to let our children help feed and help with the horses.||We visited the Muddy Duck pub nearby which was excellent. Recommended.||I guess the only thing to mention is that you are quite 'exposed' with the windows of the cottage going straight out to the stable yard. This wasn't a problem for us and our kids loved looking out at the horses, but may be an issue for those looking for more privacy.

My cottage was really clean and spacious. Decor was amazing and crockery and cooking essentials were all there. Clean surroundings everywhere. Penny the owner was soo lovely, helpful and friendly. Left you to get on with your holiday but always there if needed. Took my dog with me and the surroundings for walking dogs was exellent. I would definately recommend this place if you have a dog. very peaceful. Well done Penny. WIFI available too.

What an amazing place to stay, beautifully designed and decorated cottages located on a rural working Estate situated at the end of a no through road. The dog enjoyed herself playing and walking with the owners two black labs. Plenty to see and do on site, newly installed tennis court, pool table and fishing, other lakes are also near by if Grange farm lake is out of action. Horses, ponies and Alphas to pet. Great base for visiting the Cotswolds and Bicester Village.... Christmas shopping all done! Highly recommend, everything was perfect ......even the weather behaved!

We spent a week in Threshing Hall Barn in the October half-term with our two children and dog. The cottage was fantastic - spotlessly clean, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, warm and cosy. The other facilities on this lovely farm included a games room with pool and table football, and an excellent tennis court, plus lots of good walks for dogs locally. The cottage is within easy reach for of Oxford, the Cotswolds and the Chilterns. We visited the Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden, went boating in Oxford, and had a great (but rather wet) day out in the Cotswolds. The owners are very helpful and welcoming, on hand if you need them, not intrusive if not. Highly recommended.

We have just spent the weekend, staying in the Nine Acres cottage. It has everything you need, very clean and the setting is wonderful. We took our toddler and 2 dogs who loved the horses, the walks, the Llamas and the countryside is amazing. The perfect place to stay for a weekend retreat. We wish we were staying longer.
