Bought sausages and steak for dinners. Steak was spot on however the sausages was not the best I've had from here. Lots of gristle making them off putting to eat.

GROSS CHICKEN!

I’ve honestly avoided Graham Eyes chicken for the past few years now, because every single time I’ve ever gotten it it’s always been off and stinks of rotten flesh. This time I was in Spar and just thought, ‘maybe I’ll try the fresh counter as I need it for dinner and saves me a trip to the supermarket’ ….. biggest mistake! Check the green mold in the photo, also note today is 18/7/23 and the use by date on this chicken says it’s good till the 20th!!! Could you imagine opening this in 2 more days? 🤢 and the smell is just unreal. I’ll never ever come to any of these butchers again, this has happened far too many times from these guys.

Such a shame that the service / experience is so inconsistent. I have bought fabulous meat from here and a couple of butchers have been brilliant but there is a fairly young guy who just acts as though he doesn’t care which is so off putting and really unnecessary when you have made a special journey to buy your meat and now we have to go elsewhere.

This year I bought one of the silver Hampers for Christmas, something I've never done before, what a bargain. The turkey breast with streaky bacon was the best turkey I've had, it was so moist and easier to roast and carve than a whole bird. Also the gammon joint was almost 2kgs in weight and so much tastier than shrink wrapped ones from the supermarket. Also there was the ingredients for pigs in blankets and sausage meat stuffing. There was more than enough for 4 people and I froze half of the turkey and gammon. Excellent value 👍.

I've never needed to have complaint about any of your meats....unfortunately today I bought 2 packs for £8 of the chicken breasts. However having just opened the packs to prepare dinner I found one of the packs contained 1 whole breast and 3 pieces of chicken breast, arranged to look like 1 portion piece. Why
