I do not recommend this , communication by email is very difficult and long, in the end, due to their unwillingness to work, my bag will be returned. They didn’t warn me that a tax would be charged on the way back, and they didn’t offer me an alternative to take this tax out of the price and return some of the money back. ( i proposed but I had to wait too long for an answer )very sad experience, I don't recommend it. . -185€ in the trash, because if the bag comes back, then to pick it up I have to pay like for delivery, I don’t need this bag.
They just don’t want to return the money, I called those who delivered and they said that the company had been informed that they should to pay tax, but they simply refused, and they told me that they had received no notifications. the day before the bag was sent back to me, they showed the letter they received on September 4th!! I received a message yesterday that the bag is being returned! I am very angry that I spent time and money on them! The reason to return is that it is not indicated that there is no zipper and this is not visible in the photo either, I don’t need a bag to shop in the supermarket!

I placed orders via website several times. First time bags came with good quality, just like the photos on the website. Second order came but lacked of dust bag, it was fine. Third order didn’t come until I wrote them a email after three weeks. They totally forgot the third order. Although I finally received the packet, a bag with very bad condition, please see the attached photos. I contacted the customer service immediately and one of the staff thinks there is no problem at all. I immediately replied the email, and she just ignored my response and didn’t reply any more. Then I contacted again the customer service and asked for exchange. Another lady said ok. After I sent the bag with bad condition back, they just reimbursed me. But it’s a gift for a friend and the bag was selected. I think it is their responsibility to cover the shipment fee, cuz I asked for exchange and they made a mistake to reimburse instead of sending me a new one. Again, they ignored my emails. Finally I had to pay extra shipment fee to buy it agin. When I placed the order, I made a note of the same comment. And the staff replied me immediately that they will not cover the shipment fee cuz they think the bag is good. There is no problem at all. I will never buy theirs products again.

I love those bags so much. I had a camera bag and a Hari backpack for years and wanted a small backpack that they were making a few years ago. I found one in the clearance sale and I am forever in love!! Please bring back the mini backpack

Bought a peach Luna for a birthday present. Got some delivery delay but it was quickly solved (within 4 hours) by the customer service who even called me back in France. The bag is lovely, good quality leather.

Horrible customer service.
I have been trying to contact them for weeks and didn't reserve any answer.
Grafea should checks who is managing their Social medias. Because that person doesn't know how to do it.
