Decided to check this place out as I'm going to see Ultimate Leppard there in October. It's in a lovely setting by the canal and as the sun was shining it was nice to sit outside and watch the barges go past. The drink was nice and they have a menu of burgers, chicken, etc. Inside the place looks good for a venue. Fashionable industrial look I'd say. Looking forward to the gig when unfortunately it will be a bit cooler!

The Gorilla Brewing Company produces a good range of craft beers from IPAs to porters. The beers are available at the imperial music venue just around the corner and the Gorilla Beer Hall next door to the Brewery, a great bar with live music and food available. There is a large car park at the brewery.

Fantastic venue for live music and lots going on such as the Wednesday Night Quiz.

Great selection of own brewed beers and drinks. Also has a fantastic food menu.

I would definitely recommend a day on the Meccie Rivera at Gorilla Beer Hall

Now it's a beer hall (with live music). Lovely atmosphere. Great looking place. Friendly service. 4 of their own beers on tap at 3.50 a pint. There are guest taps from Brewdog and other breweries

Went here for the 1st time today and I will definitely come back. Very friendly helpful service. Tasty beers and a great view of the canal. Wouldn't mind free wifi though. You can pay contactless or cash. They have 5 of their own beers on 1 tap and on bottle. They will direct you to a (hopefully) free table or bench. The service was quick and efficient. I paid 1.50 for a half pint of IPA

Great place to see bands. The food looked good but I didn’t have any at the time. Space saving toilets a great idea. Lovely space outside but let down by coverage from the elements.

Had the best time at this venue, went to see a gig with The Lottery Winners & The Covasettes. All the staff were friendly helpful & welcoming from Security when we arrived right through to the many bar staff we spoke to and even the guy patiently waiting to fill the toilet with loo roll! Even chatted to a bloke to let him know he could sit at the table we vacated due to it being reserved only to later find out he was the owner!
The beer was good, the venue was great and to top it all off, my son was invited on stage to perform with the headline act! A night we'll never forget (especially Jonny the Uke!) and we'll definitely be back.
10/10 would recommend.

Quite literally......a hidden gem. Hidden at the rear of a small industrial estate on one hand but on the other sat on the canal bankside. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great range of ales available at very reasonable prices. The food was basic but very nice. Some quirky titled meals. Looks as though they have had and will be having some great entertainment on. My only gripe was that they only had the one bottle of non acholic beer available on the night we visited. We popped in to see the band having driven from the Derbyshire/South Yorkshire border and the wife was on medication left us a tad dissapointed. Saying that, the band, food and venue were fantastic.
