Reviewing Gordon & Durward on line delivery. Excellent delivery time, beautiful fudge and my request for a gift message to be included was handwritten which was such a personal touch to the gift. I ordered three bags of Hebridean Sea Salted fudge to be sent to England for a family member’s birthday, very happy with the service and quality from Gordon & Durward on line. I’m using this service again next month.

Stopped in Pitlochry for coffee popped in to the sweet shop at the corner .Sorry forgot the name .Purchased 4 bars Vanilla macaroon.Oh the taste is Devine so soft and the coconut toasted to perfection .I wish I had purchased more now .Deserves 5 stars

We have always visited this sweet shop when in Crieff and went there as a special treat, which we were all looking forward to.

We bought £35 worth of sweets. My elderly father lifted up a lollipop and asked if my daughter would like it. He put it back down when she said no thanks.

The man behind the counter, who had avoided any pleasantries thus far, said that my father had broken the lollipop and we'd have to pay for it. I thought he was joking. I was certain he was joking when he said it was £10! He wasn't. He made us pay for it, totally shattering the fun experience.

I wish I had just said I didn't want any of the sweets. None of them taste nice now. He ruined what should have been a lovely experience and I wouldn't set foot in this shop again.

We travelled 52 miles to this sweet shop for my mum's favourite sweets since she is not very well. Before we left we checked online to make sure shop was open its said 11am -4pm, however on arrival shop was closed. They really should update website if not opening. Very poor

Have only bought sweets online from them but have always found them helpful. For example, on my last order they had some supplier issues and worked with me to resolve them and suggest alternatives. I received the order in good time and was very happy with their customer service over the telephone.

So impressed with this company! I had tried to order a particular brand of unusual chocolates from a variety of outlets but was unsuccessful and not very satisfied with their responses. My daughter found Gordon and Durward online and I contacted them last Friday, my chocolates arrived today, 4 days later! Excellent service!

Excellent selection of bulk and old style sweets. Even some of the chocolate made sweets are of high craftmanship with a great taste. Handy location and friendly staff with the only gripe being no car park and a busy street. Not the largest amount of room to move around which is a shame as you can miss some of the treats they have in store for you.

The assortment is simply amazing, and if you're from outside the UK, you might get a (very strong) feeling that you're either in Honeydukes or somewhere in Diagon Alley. Highly recommend the experience! (It's just me on my way home, review on actual sweets following soon😉)
