Ordered a tree online for next day delivery. Unfortunately didn't turn up and called up to be told there was a mix up and it'd be delivered two days later. Well that day came and the tree once again didn't arrive. Called up again to be told there was yet another mix up and that the tree would arrive in the next day. No surprise it when it didn't. Emailed again and was offered the chance of a refund that I took (and to be fair was refunded for relatively quickly). Anyways, ended up going elsewhere for my tree.

Easy to order, fantastic customer service but most of all - the most beautiful, fresh, full, trees delivered year after year. Having found Good Elf several years ago, I wouldn't order from anywhere else now. Will not disappoint!

This is our third consecutive year buying our tree from Good Elf. I don't think we'll ever go back to choosing our own tree as their tree choosing elves are absolutely amazing! They pick the perfect one every time. Every tree we have had has been the perfect size and shape. They're fresh and long lasting, and look and smell beautiful. All delivered by helpful, cheerful drivers. I can't recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny!

I had left buying a pot-grown real tree to the last minute - too late really. When I placed my order for a 4 - 5 foot pot-grown tree, I wasn’t expecting great things. The Good Elf was down to its last few too.
It arrived exactly when it was scheduled though and the delivery drivers brought it right up to my door.
When we opened it, it was perfect! We kept it outside for a couple of days, watered it well and we have kept it watered throughout.
I am hopeful that it will survive when we plant it outside.

Thank Goodness for Elves!!

As an American (sorry!) who spends Christmas in the UK, I was fearful that I'd never be able to find a live (and not dry and scraggly) Christmas tree in the UK for Christmas of 2019.

Imagine my surprise when the 6-ft tree I ordered from the Good Elf showed up exactly at the right time that they promised and the tree was fresh, fragrant and GORGEOUS! I ordered the tree that came with all the trimmings and a stand, so I couldn't have hoped for more. The tree arrived about 3 weeks before Father Christmas was scheduled, and it stayed fresh for a good 4 weeks.

Thanks so much Elves, for a delivering a great tree and also your amazing customer service! I'll be ordering again for Christmas 2020.

Totally awesome place to get the tree from! I looked at several and ended up choosing them, might I say it was an inspired choice! The tree is gorgeous, they obviously picked it well.
On top of that even though they technically don't do scheduled deliveries, they were kind enough to accommodate my schedule (was out of town on other days) and delivered it on a specific day on my request.

Our e-mail conversations were lovely and the tree is gorgeous! Thanks Good Elf, you're my first choice for next Xmas as well! 🙂
