Came today for a special occasion. The staff warned us about the wait for the food as the cafe was busy and we opted to eat in the outside area but this wasn’t an issue to us (the drinks came quickly and the time flew waiting for food). I found that every staff member we interacted with during the duration of our visit to be friendly and helpful. The food itself in the cafe - highly recommend the sharing board and the goat cheese board. The food is top notch! I have eaten in many a places around the UK and admittedly use to be a hater of goats cheese but the ones that we tried today were beautiful that we tried to find them in the farm shop (one was sold out but managed to get the other one). The size of their cuppas were worth it for the price and the food on the sharing board was enough for two (those scones are amazing). The farm shop itself had a lot on offer and was well kept - the prices were great value for the quality of the produce on offer. We bought some meat off the butcher counter which we can’t wait to try. We will definitely be back as we would like to try more of the menu and to see the goats- it was worth the hour drive.

Beautiful Farm Shop, set in a beautiful scenic location. The farm shop itself was clean, well laid out, well stocked with fresh meat, vegetables, home baked goods, milk and cheeses made on site and much more!
The farm shop also had a cute little restaurant style cafe which was heaving from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, although we didn’t eat here, they had good options to choose from and a choice to sit inside or outside in the dog friendly seating area which was lovely.
We decided to buy a few drinks and snacks and sit inside the outside picnic area which was just as nice as you could see the cows and the goats and had lots of picture opportunities.
The whole reason for our visit was to meet the kids, (baby goats). It’s was only £5!!! Although the price has increased now to £7.50 but when I tell you it was worth it was most definitely worth it. There was 6 of us in a session. All adults so this definitely isn’t just for children and we all had a baby goat each. They were around a week old and the most adorable little things ever! We got to have a cuddle and the paddock manager Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Was definitely worth the 2.5 hour trip for my birthday. 🎈

Goat Shed has so much to offer. Their restaurant sells the most delicious dishes, all ingredients are of a high quality. Their farm shop has something for everyone from the butchers to the jelly cat teddies. Their events are so much fun and can't wait to see what other events will be coming this year, our favourite so far is Pizza in the Paddock.

Superbly presented meat , vegetables , and produce of all kinds in the shop. Perfect place to go as a treat . Clean and bright and modern . An upscale high standard place . Not the cheapest place you will find but it is a guaranteed delight to go there . Child friendly with goats to see and a maze Maize . Excellent service from staff in shop area and cafe .

This place is a hidden Gem!!!! After reading some recent reviews I was a bit wary of what to expect. I can Honestly say this is well worth a visit.
Lovely friendly staff. The food was delicious. We had Goat shed sharing platter of Sandwiches, Sausage roll,mousse, scone and cake.. it was lovely for the price.
The food prices are definitely not expensive. They are on par with anywhere I have been to eat in Norfolk..
The Deli is Amazing so much fresh produce
Lovely Meats,cheeses and home cooked frozen food for you to buy...
There were about 10 baby Goats 🐐 jumping around the field with their mothers in the sunshine so lovely to see no extra cost to sit and watch them either..

It was such a lovely place to visit with kids!
We had Sunday roast, I think it's a bit overpriced compared to how much you get, and my pork roast was basicly just fat, no meat on it... I had an apple crumble latte (please don't order was awful), and my husband had a bueno white hot chocolate ( warm milk with cream on top...)

Kitchen food wasn’t anything special, but the service was good, as was the shop. The baby goats were very cute too!

The food is wonderful, the staff are lovely and the farm shop is a delight. I could spend a fortune at the butchery counter but not because it’s expensive, it really isn’t, but everything is so fresh and delicious. Even if you just want a coffee or a fruit smoothie you won’t regret your visit whether you have children or not. I had poached eggs with avocado and sourdough and next time I’ll be having the pancakes.All the food looks fantastic so although it’s a bit out of the way, it’s well worth the effort. Definitely recommended.
