My email that unfortunately never got a response (have checked spam folder);

Hello.

I’m writing with regards to 6 of your chocolate bars. I received them as part of a Moonpig birthday gift set from my mother in law.

Unfortunately every single bar had very odd signs of being handled by someone’s bare hands. There’s finger marks and physical finger prints on literally all the bars.

I’ve imaged various bars and attached. I also have a video of me opening the last bar that was still sealer that revealed the same issue. I’ll try to attach this also.

I’ve tried to mark the bar myself through the packaging to see if it were from being handled from the outside but it leaves no marks at all.

Please advise, I’m not a complainer but it’s put me off eating any of them!

I just tried eating a Gnaw festive chocolate lolly and had to give up. It tastes like cheap cooking chocolate and made me feel slightly sick. Very disappointing as it looked like it was going to be nice.

Discovered Gnaw chocolate for the first time today on a Jet2 flight - I was thrilled to a) see a vegan chocolate bar on a flight and b) try one that I had never had before! I’ve had a LOT of vegan chocolate in my life so I really do know what I’m talking about and I can say that this chocolate is absolutely perfect. I was extremely impressed with it and googled it as soon as the plane landed. Can’t wait to order some!

Love is... Gnaw chocolate ? if you could have romantic love with chocolate!... The flavour is brilliant. Some dark chocolate brands can be bitter, but this is the first brand that has thicker bits of chocolate and the flavour is delicious ?...especially the Orange Zest although I can not wait to try the Toasted Coconut ? one in my bundle.
Definitely recommend and will buy again thank you ☺

Unfortunately the feedback from the family was that the chocolate is average. Not as good as Galaxy or Dairy Milk. Husband said the dark chocolate tasted like the cooking chocolate I use in recipes.

Absolutely loved the new chocolate bars! I was lucky enough to be a taste tester for the new range. I did this with my family and a few friends.

We loved the peanut edition. It was full of flavour and had a crunchy texture. The chocolate that accompanied the peanuts was very creamy and smooth. It also has a nice contrasting flavour with the granola. It also leaves a yummy after taste!

The orange range was also delicious! It was a very rich, glossy, dark chocolate bar. This one was bursting with orange flavour and left me wanting more!

The cranberry chocolate bar was full of juicy cranberries. The chocolate was also very creamy. The seeds, cranberries and granola went well together. One family member described this as "divine".

We also loved the packaging, the colours are great. The text and pictures are also fun and appealing!

I've ordered with Gnaw a few times now, they always provide a great service and on the odd occasion that I have to email them, they always reply quickly and politely. Not to mention the chocolate is delicious!

I had an issue with a recent order, and they sorted it out so quickly. I have no hesitation in buying from them, and friends and family love Gnaw chocolate as gifts.

Really great chocolate from my hometown confectioners in Norwich. Here are a couple of reviews of the bars I've been lucky enough to sample recently.

Gnaw Milk Chocolate with Peanuts, British Granola & Seeds (gluten free) 35g
Biting into this handmade bar of delicious chocolate from Norfolk confectioners Gnaw made me think about just how much my tastes have changed since I was a kid. This combination would not exactly have been my first choice in my younger years, but this is a cracker. I found the milk chocolate to be really smooth with a no-nonsense peanut butter-like hit in every mouthful, while the granola gave the whole thing a satisfying crunch. Being gluten free is an added bonus for anyone who might suffer from that particular intolerance, not that it impacted the taste. In truth, I didn’t realise it was gluten free until I checked the empty packet, by which time it had been well and truly demolished. Arguably my new favourite from Gnaw. I really could eat this all day long.

Gnaw Dark Chocolate with Orange, British Granola & Seeds. (gluten free) 35g
This is the second of two excellent new gluten free recipes from Gnaw that I have been lucky enough to taste in recent days. Having read numerous articles about its nutritional benefits due to high antioxidant levels, dark chocolate as become a bit of a passion of mine in recent years and this was, to my own particular tastes, just lovely. The chocolate itself was rich but not as bitter as some on the market, something which may have been connected to the tanginess of the orange, which is prominent but not overpowering. The crunchy granola only added to the experience. By producing chocolate this good, Gnaw are a company that is clearly going places. I’m going to start stockpiling.
