Went down hoping to pick up daughters school skirt which was ordered the with ample of time. Was told we'd receive an email and after 5 days of waiting for an email which never arrived, I went down to the shop just to be confronted by an elderly employee that was unwelcoming and quite rude, after scrambling around looking for our name and order just to be told that orders not been delivered. So now my daughter has to go school with a generic skirt.

Superb service. Had company logo embroidered on jackets. Super helpful from start to finish and very good quality.
