Well what can we say, as usual had a lovely time although it chucked it down most of the time we were there but, in saying that Devon rain is good for the complection so all was not lost.
We like Brians yorkshire dry sense of humour which means we can exchange banter and not offend each other.
If want to be picky only thing thats a bit of a bind is mobile signal is'nt up to much but, if your on your hols i dont think its too important

had a good stay, lots off rain but thats not brians fault.dont let the comment about steep access put you off it is all tarmac we had no problem with our 4x4 and our son had no problem with his 2 wheel drive. If in an underpowered outfit, which we should not use, right?brian has 3 tractors and could not be more helpful. Our grandson loved the stream with fish and plenty paddling spots. We could walk the dogs on the farm which was very handy.Mountain bike rides we enjoyed along brians track which lead to almost unused tarmac lanes. We chose the site by its position which was very central,it worked out very well.we are back in yorkshire now ,when we visit devon we will use this cl again.p.s.Totnes was a pleasant surprise quaint with an early norman castle.
