Very sad to see this place got a 1 star food hygiene, definitely won't be dining here again and we were regulars. The past few times the service hasn't been great and the food has taken a crazy long time to arrive. We came for my husband's birthday and we were waiting nearly two hours for sandwiches. Disappointing really as it used to be a really nice place.

Had a great all day breakfast - very tasty, hot and good value. Two sizes available. The cakes looked delicious. Also has a garden centre, sheds, cut flowers etc. Very popular on a Saturday lunch time.

Had to wait a long time before anyone decided to serve us they were to busy talking among themselves,when they did serve it was like we the customer were an inderence.this is the way to loose your regular customers.

We visited this cafe during half term. Amazing choice of cakes and served by friendly staff.
The food is made fresh to order so does take a little while - but then if you’re visiting a garden centre you certainly don’t mind waiting, that’s the idea! If you want fast takeaway food then go elsewhere!

Have been a regular visitor to the cafe over the last 6 months and always need to wait for food, which is not a problem however, today ordered two rosaries and two drinks and advised 30 minute wait for hot food, 90 minutes later it arrived!!
The waiting staff were trying but were close to tears and were not being helped by no direction and a very grumpy chef who most certainly did not like food being returned because it was either burnt or incorrect!
Something needs to be done as I don’t think many of todays customers will return to either the garden centre or the cafe

We ordered a pot of tea for 2 and a coffee and 2 pieces of cake . Tea not very nice and the cake was stale . At the price it's sold at you would expect it to be fresh which it was not . Its a pity this cafe could be so much better . Would I go back again... No as I don't give second chances.
