This is my go to butcher. These guys are so innovative and on the ball with their produce. They also stock a wide range of sauces as well as game. Prices are good and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. Go guys, you have got this so right 😍😍

Popped in today, when I was in Forth as I had signed up for the emails and had seen photos. I was particularly interested in the small Steak & Haggis pies. Got some fo lunch for myself & my cousin who was visiting from Blantyre. The Steak & Haggis Pies were excellent, lovely steak and the Haggis was nice & peppery. My cousin said it was a treat, best pie she'd ever had, in her life. I also got a Balmoral pie to try, smells & looks delicious. So 10/10 from us the Steak & Haggis pies, they were a real treat, packed full of stewed steak & Haggis. . I'll definately be back and I'd recommend Gillespies, the meat, meat products & sausages in the cases looked amazing.

Just had my first delivery from gillespie's omg the quality is out of this world spent 51 pounds my god value for money is plain to see filled my freezer with pies steak pies sausage rolls curry pies the quality of the chicken along with size is outstanding can't thank you enough will be a repeat customer in future

Dug out the haggis stacks out of the freezer for dinner, that I bought when home. They were absolutely delicious, pies and Bridie's are spot on to. All the best and keep up the great work.

Brilliant little hidden gem. A great choice, from the basics through to some clever twists. If you're looking for some good, honest meats, looked after by a master butcher, and you're anywhere near Forth then this is the place for you.

Always great food, the selection makes it hard to pick, the chasni pies are delicious but everything else is as well.
Staff are always very friendly and welcoming and it's always great to support local.
