Really disappointing visit. I absolutely love H&Js bars and had been meaning to visit for some time. I arrived shortly after 4.30pm on a Friday, where the facility is said to be open until 6pm.
On arrival, the premises appeared shut... because they were. The person who came out to see me was less than pleased to have seen me and was very dismissive.
Twyford's in town is the place which actually sells their products [which was perfectly fine], but there is no shop nor publicly accessible premises in the hours advertised.

The most delicious chocolate that actually tastes of chocolate. Such great flavours and the orange chocolate shortbread are incredible. Love your products and will certainly be ordering again. Thank you for making such great chocolate.

I always order from Harris and James. Different varieties of chocolates with reasonable prices. My favourite is the salted caramel. Really yummy and rich.
