Been a loyal customer for over two years and never had any problems until last two deliveries. Logs poor quality and took ages to light. Had to use tons of firelighters and kindling to get fire going. Not much heat from them once fire finally got going. Logs produced a lot of smoke and they just turned black. We spoke to owner about the problem but he was very patronising and had no intentions of putting it right. No customer service whatsoever Glad they can lose the business. My advice stay clear and find a company that looks after you and doesn't just take your money.

I’ve used Garforth logs for just over a year since getting a log burner installed and will continue to use them. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! 5 star on every front!

Garforth logs genuinely care about their product and the customers using it. They went above and beyond giving me advice on using our new stove. The wood itself burns excellent and is fantastic value. If you are within 25 miles of this place there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.
