Whilst not our acting estate agent, Sam did an excellent job in smoothing the path during the purchase of our new home which had quite a few complicated issues. He always responds even out of offices hours, he was both friendly and very proffessional and had a vast knowledge of not only the property we were buying but all the hiccups that can be associated with buying rural one off properties.
