The food is good.
The team are a delight.
The avo on toast is delicious.
Their teapots pour tea properly!
If you have their app they over communicate with you - it drove me crazy so I deleted it.
I really don’t like eating in places where dogs are allowed, it’s disgusting.

Excellent coffee, lovely blueberry custard brioche was not too sweet. Without going into detail, it was 2pm and overstaffed with young ladies who appeared more interested in chatting and not entirely guest-centric.

I’ve stopped at GAIL's Bakery Henley a few times over the past year, and have always had delicious food, friendly service and great coffee. It’s not the cheapest place, but the quality is worth the price point in my opinion. I can highly recommend the Lentil, Beetroot and Goats Cheese Salad, as well as their bread – it’s truly delicious.

I visited the Henley Gail’s store last Saturday. I wanted to leave a review especially for Kaye. The whole team is friendly but Kaye always stands out, she’s always full of energy and a joy to see. She’s always willing to help solve any problems. Gail’s is lucky to have her.

Love all the products, the pastry and the coffee.

What needs to be improved:
- The service as too slow and not that bothered
- The toilet facilities (needs cleaning often as so messy)
- Plates sitting on the table while customers are cleaning. Why paying to eat in if you have to clean before sitting down
- The table and the floor always messy

I loved their foccaccia since they started selling it but this particular store just ruined it. Its dry, no oil, no salt. It used to be good but lately it just taste like supermarket bread. It's not cheap so really disappointed to spent 7£ on this poor quality.
