Best Gail’s to I’ve been to. The food is wonderful and baked freshly on site but what makes it better compared to any other I have been to are the staff. Everyone is so helpful and genuinely wonderful. You can tell they love what they do.

I had a very bad experience with your staff. Yesterday, I was at your café with my daughter and accidentally left behind my medication. I returned 10 minutes later to retrieve it, but the person who was sitting at the table where I had left my vitamins told me that a member of your staff had taken them, saying that the person who forgot them would probably come back.

The morning staff had already left, but they were contacted by phone and said I could come the next day to collect them. I went back today, and I was told, “We don’t know where your medication is, it was probably thrown away.”

How can medication be thrown away when there’s a clear possibility that the owner might return to claim it? How can your staff be so irresponsible?

Staff here make it and that’s without great coffee and even better cakes. Nice size shop too so you never feel cramped or on top of other people. Customer service is second to none and everyone is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Nice food as always but very abrupt service when placing order and - most concerning - the server used her gloved hand to pick up our baked goods and then proceeded to use the same hand on the till and to handle money. She then did the same for other customers. Not good….
