I have followed Gabby for many years so when it was finally my turn to get married, there was no other cake supplier I was contacting?

Not only are her cakes INSANE, she is the most loveliest person ever! I threw some ideas at Gabby over a video call and trusted her to create a masterpiece, and that’s what she did!

We had ordered a cake tasting box to help us decide on the flavours and they were that good we ended up ordering another box a few weeks before the wedding! I also plan on ordering more tasting boxes in the future because why not

The sugar flower work was incredible, SO detailed and you can see how much work goes into making them!

Our cake was everything we could have ever dreamed of in every way and so much more!

The most lovely team of Gabriella and Mads worked hard to supply an epic design and the most delicious flavoured cake, on very short notice. We were so lucky to find these two wonderful people, who showed true professionalism and nothing was to much to ask, as the result of our design requested showed. As soon as I saw Gabriella's work I knew I needed to book her for our wedding cake and she definitely didn't disappoint. From the cake taster box to the consultation to the cake itself, everything was lovely and it was great to work with Gabriella to get exactly what we wanted.
We went for Grandma's chocolate, Lemon and salted caramel as our 3 flavours and the cake was so light and tasty, it even tasted great 2 days later as we ate the last of it while stuck in traffic heading on our honeymoon! The actual look of the cake was so much better than I could have imagined, it was so elegant and the sugar flowers were beautiful and matched my bouquet perfectly.
I would recommend Gabriella Grace Cakes to anyone as the whole experience was brilliant and we loved the cake so much!

Our cake for our wedding was fantastic! Not only was the design amazing but it tasted delicious as well! Everything was edible, even the flower that was put on the top tier.

We had Grandmas chocolate for the bottom tier. White chocolate and raspberry for the middle tier and vanilla and strawberry for the top tier.

We got a few taster boxes prior to the wedding off Gabriella to find the perfect flavour for us. All of her flavours were great, but these were our favourite.

Gabriella is very friendly, informative and will always answer any questions you may have. We cannot thank her enough!

Wow! I approached Gabby for a cake that doesn’t fit her traditional style. Her options just excelled others and we had to go with the most important part of a cake - it’s flavour. From initial conversation, Gabby has a friendly and ‘nothing is a problem’ vibe. The tasting box was exceptional and I give it 45 minutes (the drive home was 43) before we messaged and confirmed our booking. Gaby’s enthusiasm and willingness to give any challenge a go is admirable. Gabby messaged with ideas and how to ensure our cake looked the best up to the day before. The cake itself on the day was PHENOMENAL. The design was amazing and looked spectacular. My only complaint is that I didn’t get a slice of each flavour as our guests ate it all - which I can’t possibly complain about as I couldn’t wish for any more from a cake. Thank you Gabby, I only wish I can get another cake from you for a different occasion if you’d let me!

Around 4 years ago, I started following Gabriella Grace Cakes on Instagram after seeing her work at a wedding fair. I myself make cakes, and was planning on making my own wedding cake, but after a chat and some banter with Gabriella about our crazy curly hair, I knew I had to make her part of our big day, and thankfully, the stars aligned and she had availability for us!
Gabriella’s attention to detail and perfection is exactly what we wanted, those sharp edges, perfect marbling and I’ve never seen sugar flowers like it! She made the process very easy for us, the cake samples, the designing, everything was perfect. We were blown away when we seen our cake on our wedding day, she had brought a sketch to life and exceeded all of our expectations, not to mention all the flavours, it was just amazing, everything we wanted.

We were in touch with Gabriella as soon as we seen her beautiful work, we actually contacted her 3 years before the wedding and although our wedding had been postponed the contact throughout has been brilliant even down to getting in touch to see if our ideas had changed! Gabriella was super helpful throughout our consultation and her input up really helped our vision come to life, nothing was an issue even down to creating a cake which involved a very specific cornflower blue. We had a lovely time cake tasting and it was super hard deciding on flavours as all were so amazing. We decided to go with White Chocolate & Raspberry, Red Velvet & Salted Caramel and Cookies & Cream - on the evening after we cut our cake, every piece that we had put out was eaten! We had so many compliments off our guests to the point where people were coming to our house after the wedding to get more! The design is exaclty what we had asked for, even more beautiful in real life than our ideas and the design on paper. Our photograher (Carn Patrick) managed to capture our wedding cake in all of its glory and as you can see it is stunning. Gabriella made our perfect, dream cake for our wedding in March 22. From designing the cake to delivering on the day, everything exceeded our expectations. We went for champagne & strawberry, lemon, and vanilla & passionfruit flavours and all our guests commented on how amazing the cake tasted. We were absolutely blown away with the final result and could not be happier!!
