Buchanan's Is a quality butchers no doubt' But the new owners have messed about with the recipe for the Pork and Square sausage' The pork sausage definetly doesn't taste like pork and the same goes for the sliced sausage.
Used the rave about Buchanan's being the best for the aforementioned.
When the new owners took over they should have made sure they took the recipe with them. If George Buchanan opened another butchers just selling pork and square sausage' he'd make a mint.

Phoned up with an enquiry for a friend who knows nothing about steaks and cuts.
The woman answering the phone didn't listen to my questions nor was she polite in her reply.
I felt like I was speaking to a wee ned off the street and not a shop assistant.

After that I was just hung up on.

Seems like it's too much to ask your butcher where your steak is from, how long it's been matured, what's the price and where the cut really is from and how thick it is.
