I just love these products. The oils are possibly my favourites as they are extremely versatile and taste just like they say on the bottle. They're great when used in pasta dishes, roasts (mmm smoked roast potatoes, yum) and salads. The Mint Mayonnaise is delicious and seems to go with everything. I'm currently addicted to the Watercress Dressing. It tastes great in salads, wraps and pasta dishes and works really well as a sauce for fish.
The venue and people are lovely and the breakfast is delicious and cooked by one of the cheeriest people I know. By the way, the scrambled eggs are to die for, so much so that I keep going back for more.

Absolutely outstanding quality and that comes from someone who is a complete foodie and have spent most of her years in hospitality both front of house and as a chef! They are so 'clean' tasting and pure to the taste. The ordering process is simple off the website and deliveries prompt so definitely 5 star standard in every way of the customer journey from farm to cooking! Highly recommended!

Wonderful oils, sauces and service! We especially enjoy the Watercress dressing on salads and in pasta. Breakfast just wouldn't be the same without the Beer and horseradish sauce either! Nice shop too if you are passing or need present ideas.

I discovered these guys earlier in the year. I have dabbled with using Rapeseed oil as my cooking oil of choice a few times prior but never really found one that really stood out. Then I found Fussels, and in particular their infused oils.

I then discovered their vinigerettes, mayo's, sauces etc. I think I have pretty much the complete product range in my kitchen now.

As a foodie, I know the benefits these products bring with their better fats and 6 months after using their rapeseed oils or their rapeseed oils mixed down slightly with very high quality olive oil, I have seen a definiate improvement in weight and body fat, but they taste REALLY great too. Add in the fact they are pretty local (within 100 miles) to me, and it's better still.

I can't complete this review without mentioning the lovely Phoebe and Lizzy. Total assets to the team and if Tim ever sells up, these ladies will have a job offer on the table from my company slightly further south 😉

I usually see Fussels at foodie shows and enjoy their products hugely - my favourites are the mint mayonnaise...sooooo good on Jersey Royals, the FGS sauce - really lifts a steak or sausages and the herb dressing for any salad. The oils are amazing too! I took advantage of the great Black Friday offers online and was very pleased with my purchases. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff.

I am totally in love with Fussels oils - there, I've said it. Tricky to name a favourite but the smoked oil is probably mine, it is a fantastically versatile oil and I use it in so many of my home cooked dishes. The chilli oil is perfect in stir frys, for frying off veg and a kick for a chilli base.
I have also visited Fussels and they are lovely too, the shop is well worth a visit, be prepared to leave laden with delicious goodies!

A superb range now but everybody has to have an aim to be better.
